Who owns our resident data?

You do. Your resident data belongs to your organization, always. ORVIA is a data processor — we store and process data on your behalf under the terms of your BAA. We do not sell, share, or use your residents' PHI for any purpose other than operating the platform for you.

What happens to our data if we cancel?

You can request a full data export at any time. After cancellation, we retain your data for 30 days in case you want it back, and then permanently delete it from all systems. You will receive written confirmation of deletion.
